Terms and Conditions

• Valid tickets and IDs must be presented at the entrance for admission. Expo City Dubai reserves the right to deny any entrance in the event no valid documents are presented as requested.
• There is no age restriction for this event, but everyone aged 3+ must carry a valid ticket.
• Children below 3 years will avail free entry.
• Children must be accompanied by someone aged 21yrs+.
• Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable non-exchangeable.
• General Admission is on a first come first served basis.
• Guests are advised that views of the performance may vary, depending on the seats available.
• Expo City Dubai reserves the right to change the event details, including date, time, venue, or lineup, without prior notice.
• All ticket holders are expected to behave in a respectful manner. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited: (i) Harassment or discrimination of any kind; (ii) Illegal activities (iii) Violence or aggressive behavior
• Ticket Holders are subject to search upon entry and at any time during the event. Weapons, drugs, and outside food or beverages are strictly prohibited.
• Expo City Dubai is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event.
• The event may be recorded or photographed for promotional purposes by Expo City Dubai. By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in any such materials.
• No professional photography or recording equipment are allowed.
• In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of the event, ticket holders will be notified. Refund policies will be communicated based on the circumstances.
• All arrangements are based on estimated capacity; the Organizer accepts no liability for any shortages or limitations arising from attendance exceeding planned capacity and shall not provide alternatives or refunds in such cases.
• The ticket holders are required to comply with all guidelines, policies, instructions, and regulations set forth by Expo City Dubai.
• The Event Organizer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

Prohibited Items

• The following items are prohibited:
• externally purchased food and beverage
• hard-cased cooler bags
• chairs/stools
• professional cameras, laptops, tablets, selfie sticks/monopods or tripods, or audio or video recorders
• bags larger than 30 x 30 x 15cm
• flags, banners, posters or signs larger than 30cm x 30cm, and flag poles of any size; content must not be offensive in any nature
• bicycles / skateboards / skates / scooters
• strollers*
• alcohol or illegal substances of any kind
• weapons of any kind, including any item that can be used as a projectile
• tennis balls / golf balls / footballs / basketballs or the like
• chains and spiked wrist / neck bands or studded belts
• fireworks or flares
• laser pointers, permanent markers / felt type pens, scissors or aerosol canisters
• drones and or other remote-controlled devices
• glow sticks and illuminating objects such as LED signage
• motorbike helmets or balaclavas
• horns, trumpets, sirens, whistles, air horns or Vuvuzela type of noise-making devices
• umbrellas longer than 30cm (when in the closed position)
• animals (excluding registered assistance/service dogs)
• *Strollers must be parked outside the Venue (Al Wasl Plaza).

How to get there

• By car: There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading east, driving onto Boulevard 2020, continuing via VSA 3 Road and Exhibition Boulevard, then following Street 10 before making the last turns to reach your stop. GPS navigation is highly advised.
• By public transportation: For the shortest walk, take the MRed1 Line to the EXPO Metro Station, followed by a two-minute walk.
• By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or by using a ride-hailing app.

Dress Code

• All ticket holders are required to adhere to a respectful and appropriate dress code that reflects the family friendly atmosphere of the event. For this waterpark event, all guests including men, women, and children must wear appropriate swim attire consisting of swim shorts and a rash guard at all times.
• This requirement is in place to ensure comfort and safety. Clothing must remain modest and inoffensive throughout the event.
• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who does not comply with the dress code.
• For your convenience, changing facilities are available near the venue.

Terms and Conditions

• By purchasing a ticket for the Summer Splash Party (“Event”), you agree to the following:
• Ticket Requirement: A valid ticket must be purchased for entry. Tickets are required for all attendees aged 3 years and above.
• Ticket Price: AED 50 (inclusive of VAT).
• Workshops & Activities: All included workshops and activities are available while supplies last, on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional paid activities may require extra fees.
• Non-Refundable: Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. The Organizer may refuse entry without a valid ticket.
• Behavior: All attendees must act respectfully. The Organizer may remove individuals for inappropriate behavior without refund.
• Photography & Media: Attendees may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you consent to use of your image for promotional purposes.
• Assumption of Risk: All activities, including water slides, and consumption of food or beverages, are at the ticket holder’s own risk. Parents/guardians are responsible for minors.
• Capacity Limits: Activities are based on estimated capacity. The Organizer is not liable for shortages or limitations due to high attendance and will not provide alternatives or refunds.
• Liability Waiver: By attending, you waive claims against the Organizer, sponsors, and venue for any injury, loss, or damage.
• Modification of Terms: The Organizer may modify these terms at any time. Updates will be communicated at the entrance.
• Children’s Safety: For Rashid and Latifa On Wheels races, adults are prohibited on the track. Parents must stay behind safety barriers.
• Dress Code: Appropriate swimwear is required for all guests, including men, women, and children (swim shorts and rash guards). Clothing must be modest and family friendly. Changing facilities are provided. The Organizer may refuse entry or remove anyone not complying with this dress code.
